This bluetooth earpiece was bought to replace another brand that broke (my fault) and was no longer available for purchase. As usual, I extensively researched a comparable replacement. From the beginning, this V5.0 headset headlined the list that I kept get whittled down as the features/price of this one kept beating out the competition. Turns out breaking the other one was the best thing that happened. Otherwise, I wouldn't have stumbled on this one.
The featherlight headset has first-rate construction, and comes in a very handy container with 3 sets of comfy gel earbuds. Ear pain from ill-fitting buds is one of the biggest turnoffs, right? If at least one of the three sizes don't suit you, you must be an alien and not a human. ; )
The device pairs instantly and sports extremely easy, convenient controls that aren't in the way of other buttons/functions, which can be nightmare. Volume is superb, as is the excellent dual noise cancellation with 2 HD microphones for talk or music, which was huge "get" for me. If you're in the middle of a noisy truck yard with lots of shouting men and trucks/equipment are running, the headset may not meet the noise cancellation challenge. However, for regular life situations and traffic, the clarity is amazingly crisp and clear. It's actually landline phone quality most of the time, except in extreme situations.
One of the most notable features is the the fast charge and ultra long battery life. All day phone dependency means a reliable battery is a must. A short battery life is a deal-breaker for me. USB takes longer, but *magnetic charging is super fast in only 1.5 - 2 hours. This perk is especially handy in an emergency. Just 10 mins of charging is enough for 2 hours of usage. I've had other much more expensive headsets that can't do that, or even come close to the functionality and efficiency of this one. Easy rotation with a 180 degree swivel makes the headset usable on both ears and the microphone position is equally adjustable.
I'm sure there's more I've not touched upon, but you get the drift. This headset is a great deal. Don't hesitate. Buy one while you can.

I love this Bluetooth headset! It can connect to 2 devices and not miss calls from the computer or my personal phone! It actually fits my really small ears and is comfortable! It is adjustable... but may not work well for really large ears. I can listen to music for forever and when a call comes in... it pauses music and call comes in crystal clear! Previously, I owned a Plantronic Voyager Legend but it only lasted 7 hours and was starting to get problems with static noise on calls.... and so old it would not hold charge as long. After trying out this headset bc of extended battery ability, fit, And clarity of calls... I will not go back to the old device.
However, when my old one was New it only lasted 7 hours. The Plantronic did announce how much battery life left on the device and the GPEESTRAC does not tell you how much battery on device. I miss that but it is not a deal breaker for me... as when connected to my phone it shows the device battery level.
I also really like the lay out of the function buttons. The multi function button turns on/off. The volume buttons are on the top of the speaker boom. The mute is on the under side of the speaker length. If you hold mute button for few seconds you can utilize Siri or Google assistant! It connects to the computer, tablet, phone with ease and fast! It also connects easily to my Kindle! It does retain memory as to which device connected to last... so , if not using same device and never connected to new device before... you will need to go find it in your Bluetooth connections. It will connects fine and fast!
I picked the blue one and it is a navy blue and going to get one for my friend in the black option. It is sleek and looks professional and most importantly sounds great!

I got this headset to replace my husband's "Plantronics voyager legend" which he loved. He was hesitant at first because he doesn't like change but once he put it on, he said it fits virtually the same. The sound quality is amazing from both ends. He likes that it is somewhat adjustable to fit his larger ears. It took some adjusting for him to get used to certain feature differences like pressing the on device button to answer or hang up calls rather than speaking "answer" as he would do with his Plantronics. His only real complaint (which isn't really a complaint) is that he doesn't like the sound of the ladies voice that gives audible directions on the device, ie "power down".
This will be my go to bluetooth if he ever needs a new one. The price point was much more affordable than competitors and it has everything and more than needed. Sound quality and noise cancelation was a must and it knocked those out of the park, so we are definitely pleased :)

I am old and had never used one of these. I don't usually do long phone convos. Thankfully I bought it just before my father was hospitalized and I ended up spending hours making calls every day. It is easy to use, and easy to remember what the buttons do once you use it a couple of times. Top button louder, middle quieter, bottom mute. And side button for on / off. I have a droid phone and like that I can turn off the screen and put it in my pocket. The charge seems to last a long time - all day with heavy usage and I have not run into a low battery. I charge it every other day or so. It is not great if you are in a really loud area. I was walking on a busy street and it was hard to block out the ambient noise when it was very loud. But in my car or in my house or walking in a quiet area it is great. No case provided so I bought a little case from Amazon for headphones and I keep it and the charger in there when it's not in my ear.

I am a remote program trainer and needed an earpiece that would last the entire 8 hours of the class each day. This one lasted two 8 hour days without me charging it. So far so good with the battery life. This also has excellent sound quality both to me and the people listening to me. The only complaint I have gotten from a couple of my trainees is that I am very loud but that is easily remedied by them turning their in call sound down. For those with little ears like myself it can be tough to keep the earpiece in. The first day I used it in one of my classes it fell off a few times and having my glasses on seemed to make it worse but I did realize once I found and put on the correct size of the rubber ear piece it stayed in correctly without an issue so if it is falling off your ear try the other 6 rubber pieces to get the one that fits correctly in your ear. It is a fairly comfortable Bluetooth earpiece although because my ears are so small and the round hard plastic piece behind the soft rubber piece that goes in your ear is so big it constantly pushes on the rim of my ear when I have to push it in tight so it will not fall off and can make it sore. I do not think this would be an issue for someone with larger ears. The only serious complaint I have is it has not automatically connected for me after I paired it with my smartphone like others say it does for them and like all Bluetooth ear pieces should. I have to manually click to connect it in my Bluetooth settings and the first 3 or 4 times I do this it connects only for audio not for calls so it takes me a while having to disconnect and reconnect until it connects like it should. Had I seen complaints about this before purchasing, it would have been a deal breaker.

I needed a replacement ear piece for work as my old one had just simply lived a full life. After reading several other reviews I landed on this one. The sound quality is pretty good (it was under 40 bucks so I do not expect studio quality sound) and the noise cancellation was also a nice surprise. The real kicker was the battery life and charging. I work 12 hour shifts and the battery will last a full shift and then some. I have actually gone nearly two full shifts on a single charge and possibly could have pushed the second shift but I decided to go ahead and charge it. the charge connects using small magnets so you are not having to try to peel back small plastic tabs to hook up the cable. I have no major complaints, I just cannot justify all 5s yet (I have had it for about a month). I have noticed that it does seem to have a better range than my previous ear piece though I cannot really list it in feet since when I walk through the house there are walls that have caused issues in the past but if you want a number i would say 16-20 feet, maybe more.

Using an app on your laptop whether it's CISCO or RingCentral, this Bluetooth Headset is by far the easiest and most convenient to hide at the end of the day. Yes, you could use your own cell phone to take calls for either application, but if you don't want to bother using your own data plan for work on top of your wifi, this isn't a bad alternative that enables you to just use your laptop instead.

I'm only giving it four stars, because it has a really big (fat/wide) ear hook which includes some kind of electronic receiver.... probably why the reception is so much better than with other bluetooths. However, it is difficult to get this hook it to stay behind my small ears. I usually just have to jam the earbud into my likewise small earholes, and then it stays in place (mostly) by shear force. Sometimes it still falls out, which is annoying. It would be nice if there was a smaller earhook or something, but I have never had good luck with ear things unless they are really cheap (small and flimsy). I guess there's a tradeoff to everything.

This is a pretty good low priced bluetooth headset albeit with some limitations. The sound quality is pretty good, noise (wind) cancelling is not so good but not a big deal. Overall a good deal for the price, but like so many in this class it has the same design issue that drives me crazy. The power button is on the outside and only needs a tiny single tap to turn it on and a 5 second hold to turn it off. Which may sound good, but it constantly turns on accidently and then I don't hear my phone ring. Even if you accidentally put it down on the side with the power button. You can't put it in even a loose shirt pocket, let alone in your jeans pocket because at some point it will turn on. This became my biggest frustration to the point of having to replace it with a product that actually has an on off mechanical switch. If that is not an issue for you then it is pretty good in other aspects of functionality.

I bought these so I could take calls outside since I'm regularly out walking my dog, running errands, etc. No one could hear the traffic, barking or my washing the dishes on their end, which was the whole point.
The earpiece constantly fell off of my ear, and there was no way to make it more secure. Also, the sound started getting muffled after a while, and I'd have to wiggle the wand to clear the interference. Now the volume is too low to hear the caller.
Also, one design issue - the on/off button is very sensitive, so when you're constantly trying to keep this from falling off of your ear, you regularly hang up on people.
I stuck with it until the volume died because it was so great at cancelling my background noise for my callers. Going to look for a similar one with fewer design and mechanical issues.

I've had this headset for almost 3 weeks. It's a good headset as far as sound quality and noise cancellation. However, the power on button is almost instantaneous. If you depress it, the headset is switched on and connected. This could be a good thing but there were times when I had the headset in my shirt pocket and it switched on without me knowing. Normally I wouldn't turn it on until I needed it. The "instant on" feature caused several missed calls. Maybe re-engineer it to turn on after holding the button in for 3 to 5 seconds? But the real issue I have with the headset: after almost 3 weeks of use the battery would not charge at all. I tried the quick fixes I found on the 'net to correct the issue but nothing worked.

I bought this item on the promise to cancel out wind noise which is very prevalent in the area I live in, near the coast. We are not talking about gale force wind, merely a 5mph constant breeze. It basically sounds like someone is permanently breathing down the phone without noise cancellation. Sadly, with 2 mics on this device, it seems to amplify it. Traffic noise is seemingly not cancelled out either.
Secondly, the earpiece is extremely bulky, even if you rotate it as much as possible. ATTENTION glasses/sunglasses wearers. How you will manage to put the temple tip on top of this device or in between it and your ear is going to be at best challenging. Regardless of being able to fit it in, or not having your glasses look crooked on your nose, it will likely be PAINFUL after wearing it for 10 mins or so.

I drive truck so I need something hands free where I don’t have to touch my phone while making deliveries to this stores . First I have to click the Siri button on the headphone about 3x before it comes up, then it doesn’t recognize what am saying .
I say call Walmart it says calling target those are two different words which doesn’t even sound the same . I say call John it says calling Gabriel or tells me to unlock the phone to make calls . When I call the stores I make deliveries to , they can’t hear me I have to literally pick up the phone and put it on speaker for them to hear me . It’s like having a headphone that’s hands free but isn’t . I need to go on my phone browser to google the store I want or it’s giving me some other stores or something different. It doesn’t serve it’s purpose. Save your money and buy something different.

This earpiece was actually very promising. It had long battery life, good quality, and honestly brought it with me everywhere. However, after a month of using it, it stopped working. It would become hard to turn on, disconnect from the phone randomly, and finally I had enough when it would not turn on anymore and the light turned purple. I thought maybe I got a bad one and returned it for a replacement. A month into the new one, it broke down. The quality in hearing would suddenly drop tremendously to the point I could not even hear anything. I would have to smack it a few times for it to work again. It was terrible, so I returned it just in time for a full refund. Avoid this junk of junk please!

We drive semis. The noise cancelation o we our truck was horrible. It would disconnect from time to time and not be easy to reconnect without messing with things. Can’t really do that while you’re driving. It also has some kind of interference sound from time to time. What a waste of $. Tossed it in the trash

This product worked great for 2 1/2 months and then I began experiencing problems hearing callers while on the road. I reached out to the seller to see about a possible return and full refund due to the short length of time using the defective blue tooth headset and also the product having a 180 day warranty. Made two requests from the seller and heard nothing from them during the timeframe that they were to respond. I contacted Amazon and they made an exception and allowed a return minus their restocking fee. Something is better than nothing-which is what I received from the seller!!!

As a headset it functions well in terms of sound. The battery life rating comes with a grain of salt. Perhaps I would have more battery if the damn headset actually turned off !!! The long press to turn off absolutely is disastrous. I would say every button on this headset doesn’t work and the damn thing is pretty much useless outside of turning it on. I regret buying this and should have went for a more expensive set. It literally NEVER turns off and always connects to my laptop when I thought I shut it off ages ago. Annoying as hell. I do not recommend.
