High quality whisk.
Very good quality whisk from China. Wood handle has been sanded very well. No rough edges. I haven't used it yet, but the whisk part is not flexible at all. Very sturdy to mix in a stainless steel bowl. Not sure about mixing in a glass bowl. The whisk part is thick stainless steel. Not sure if it is USDA food quality steel or not.
