This grooming kit is genius! My mother-in-law, got the same one for her dog, and I thought it sounded like a brilliant idea. When I groom my dogs, hair is everywhere when I am done and I quite a bit to clean up. Which is pretty much how most people groom their dogs, just with grooming clippers and then clean up later. The fact that the clippers and brushes attach to the vacuum providing a gentle vacuum sound with plenty of suction power, but not enough to terrify my dog, is a game changer. Now when I am done grooming, the area is pretty much clean! Except for the random stay hairs, but that's always the case with simply owning dogs. I recommend for sure! Also, the kit has so many options, pretty much everything you would need. The nail trimmer grinder works really well and my dogs prefer that over regular nail clippers, it is less scary for them. I have a dog that is a bit on the anxious side and he kept coming back over to me for more grooming hahaha because the brush was like a massage for him!

This product is amazing! So easy to use! I highly recommend to everyone who still brushes their dog with just a brush! Doesn't hold as much hair as I wish it would as I have a GSD/Husky. But it definitely worked wonders for him. 35 minutes of brushing him and it was all cleaned up. No hair on my pants or all over the floor. Has 3 levels of suction and even the lowest worked for my hairy Husky mix. Quiet and easy to use. The item was boxed so nicely and even came with a cinch bag big enough for storing all of the tools. Directions were super easy, attachments are a good quality, vac is quiet enough not to stress out my two Shih-Tzus and they hate noises. I learned after just a few minutes that if you use the right technique the trimmer does an awesome job! I cannot believe it, no more covered in hair when I groom them, just praying this unit will last a long time, and I will do my part to keep it clean, replace filters and oil trimmer blades to make that happen.

I had my doubts about this machine. One of my dogs does not deal well with loud sounds. The vacuum on this is very quiet at the lowest and mid setting. The attachments are good and I was able to trim my two Australian Labradoodles in about 2 hours. I had to go back a second time to clean up a few areas that weren’t consistent, but I’m sure, with practice, that I will be able to trim them easily and keep up their coats quickly. I have a labradoodle. I got tired of the groomer increasing their fee every other time I took him in there. Decided to try cutting his hair myself. I bought two other clipper sets before this one. The others kept jamming and I'd have to stop and take it apart and clean it after every pass. And even then it wasn't cutting. This one works amazingly. His thick hair doesn't clog anything and the vacuum feature is great. No mess to clean up. I literally sit on the living room floor with him and cut his hair. It's no longer something he fears! It's just like I'm petting him. Took a few times for him to get over the noise. It does sound like a vacuum. I wanted to use the brush and vacuum feature with the cats but they still won't get over the noise and take off when it turns on. I've had this for over a year now and still love it.

I rarely do reviews but this is important to me .My little dog ,Bentley ,can become very hairy and unkempt quickly and he tends to stink and feel so grubby that no one wants to touch him when he gets like that (he is inside/outside) and because of work ,demographics, and his high anxiety it is a real chore taking him to a groomer every month ,so I try to keep him groomed but it is hard on him (and me ) for me to shave and cut his hair and then he has to have a bath but with this gadget I cut him and vacuum at the same time .
It’s amazing ! Our grooming time was cut in 1/2 and the mess was minimal .I emptied the canister 2x .

I don’t know why I hadn’t bought it sooner !
I know there have to be other dog parents and doggies that will benefit from using this for grooming.

I have two miniature poodle/Portuguese water dog mix, and this trimmer works much better than I could have imagined. I tried several types of clippers and this is by far the best system I've found. My dogs are a little nervous so I was hoping up find something I could use at home myself. Because of the curly hair that sometimes gets snagged, I actually had to remove a couple of teeth from the guard I wanted to use to reduce hang-ups, and it cuts through their hair like butter for the most part. A few areas I use it free hand with no guard, which also works well on tangles. Have only had it for a few weeks and used it 3 times, but so far I love it, and it's quiet enough that it doesn't freak them out. Recommended!

It was delivered today and I immediately unboxed it and used it on one of my 3 Great Pyrenees. If you know the breed, you know my struggle. Longest hair that constantly sheds. I wasn’t sure how the youngest dog would react, but he didn’t move and just enjoyed being brushed. I was concerned that the vacuum would be too loud, and another reviewer said they tried it on the lowest setting, so that’s what I did. I can’t articulate how impressed I am with this machine. I wish the holding tank was larger-but that is my only negative, if you can call it that. But I would need one as big as a shop vac for it to accommodate the amount of hair one of my dogs sheds, so I just empty it often and it’s fine. I love how the shedding combs lock in place and when you unlocked it so the combs retract, the hair goes straight into the holding tank. I only wish I would have made the purchase sooner!
