I purchased this to use with a gas 3200psi pressure washer and it worked great. So easy to use and cut my cleaning time in half. (I've cleaned the same area before with just a wand) I did try it with my electric pressure washer that is about 1700 psi and it did not clean at all, so I would stick with the recommended minimum psi.

First, the negative...
After reading reviews of other cleaners having loose screws or screws that came loose, I checked all fasteners and found that the nuts holding the wheels to the case needed anywhere from 1/2 to a full turn to tighten. Not bad, and seems like they will stay now.

Metal case is heavy duty construction (especially compared to plastic on other brands)
The accessories are nice (two extenders, replacement nozzles for cleaner, and a full set (4) nozzles for standard power washing
Set up was easy
In use, the wheels work nice and the fiber ring on bottom of case not only kept the spray confined, it supported the case when the wheels went off the edge of my patio.
The cleaner did the job, it was easy to use and seems like it will last.

I have used a regular wand to pressure clean our sidewalk and driveway here in Florida. It worked but took quite a long time to complete. There was also some striations left where the surface was not cleaned evenly. I used the 14" Surface cleaner today to clean both ours and our neighbor's sidewalk and driveway. It was MUCH easier to get the surface cleaned evenly with this tool. The one thing others have noted is that you have to go back and rinse off the surfaces you cleaned because the dirt is lifted off the sidewalk but not washed away as it is when using the wand. I would clean a large section and then rinse it off with the regular wand then do another section and repeat until I was finished. The results were much better than using just the wand and much faster even with rinsing. The tool is very high quality, well-made and they supply wand extensions and spare nozzles with the Cleaner. Money very well spent in my opinion!

Just started to use it and like everyone says it saves a lot of time to wash a surface. Before using I sprayed lube on all rotating parts to ensure smooth operation. With my 2600 psi/2.5gpm pressure washer it worked great. Having extra extensions, spray tips, o-rings and tip cleaner, you can configure it for your use. Just make sure you operate it evenly so washer head doesn’t tilt. I just had to finish off the edges of the sidewalk with the regular gun since you don’t want the wheels to go off the edge. Liked that majority of parts are stainless steel.

I have a 3000 PSI pressure washer that I have used many times in the years that I have owned it and I wish that I had known about this 14" pressure washer surface cleaner when I first got the pressure washer. I have a large concrete porch and it was the first project that I used this attachment on. It does a very good job of cleaning the concrete, it also keeps the overspray contained so that surrounding surfaces don't get soaked and it keeps the operator from getting wet. It's well made and comes in at a great price. I like it so much that I bought another one as a gift for my brother's birthday.

Exactly as advertised. Everything fit well. i was surprised there were so many spare parts too. It cleaned very well but you could do a little better with the spray wand if you were willing to take a very long time and injure yourself with the repetitive motion. I did that 3 years ago at age 72 and was in pain for 18 months. Never again with this surface cleaner. Very happy with the purchase and definitely recommend it. The pool apron looks nice again.

When I received the cleaner I unpacked it, read the instructions, and attached it to my 3000psi pressure washer. Cleaned the concrete in front of my garage and sidewalk. Worked great...no problems in how it performed. I measured the path(width) that it cleaned and it was a lot narrower than 14 inches. I measured the unit and it was 12 inches, not 14 inches. Unit had a label on it and showed 14 and the box it came in was labeled 14 inches also. I contacted the seller and explained the problem. They said they would send a new 15 inch model out right away. After a few days when I did not receive it I contact the seller and requested a tracking number which they provided right away. Well, thanks to the USPS it was routed to the wrong zip code and was being returned to the sender. The sender had all the correct info, it was the USPS that screwed up. The seller sent another unit and I received it in two days. It was a 15 inch and it works excellent. I can not say enough good things about this seller. They always responded immediately, and did want they said they were going to do. It sure would be nice if all the sellers on Amazon provided customer service like this seller. In the future when I purchase items on Amazon, I will check if this seller has the item and if so, will purchase from them even if it costs more. One can not put a price on outstanding customer service!

I have a Greenworks 3000PSI pressure washer and a 3/4” high quality garden hose to maximize water flow to and through the pressure washer. Before I bought this product, I’d bought equivalent products from Briggs Stratton and Greenworks. The other products didn’t have wheels, their spinner valves stopped spinning fairly quickly after limited use, and they were disappointing in terms of how well they washed / cleaned the pavement. This product is far superior to those. It’s easier to maneuver because of the wheels. Perhaps because of how the spinner valve is engineered and attached, the valve seems to spin faster / better and thereby ultimately clean the pavement better. It remains to be seen how well this product functions over time, but I’m very pleased with it so far.

This 14” stainless steel surface cleaner uses standard Quick Connect to fasten to the spray wand of pressure washer. Some brands of pressure washer use a shorter Quick Connect and they won’t connect together. I purchased this surface cleaner and a Eveage pressure washer from Amazon at same time and discovered that they wouldn’t connect even though they appeared to be same size. The Eveage quick connect was too short for the snap ring to engage with the surface cleaner extension rod.

I searched this item’s ratings and learned that a few other people have discovered that their pressure washer won’t connect with the surface cleaner because of how their pressure washer’s quick connect is designed. Do a search for “quick” or “connect” in the ratings to find other brands of pressure washers that may cause you problems.

After returning the Eveage pressure washer, I purchased a Greenworks 2000 PSI electric pressure washer. The quick connect worked properly and it connected easily to this surface cleaner, just as it is supposed to. Even though the pressure was only 2000 psi (below the recommended 2500 psi), the surface cleaner did a good job cleaning dirt from the concrete patio.

An unexpected bonus was that the surface washer included three different spray tips (green, red, orange) to use with the pressure washer.

Customer service responded quickly to my queries as I was trying to figure out what was wrong and how to correct the problem.
