Great little heater
I added this to a long hot water run from a tankless gas water heater to service two faucets. I went with this one b/c it will regulate its heating based on the incoming water temp. Easy to install and wire up. One thing I was not aware of was the warranty registration requires a licensed installer. Guess I am on my own with this

Excellent Pad That Stays In Place
I've had this mattress pad for 6 months now and I must say it still looks great. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before deciding on this one. I'm glad that I did. The pad is very plush and fits over my pillow top mattress with room to spear. The elastic keeps it in place and still looks great.
