I love this heated mattress pad. It has the right levels of heat. I love the auto feature which starts on high and then adjusts to a lower setting. works like a charm
This heated mattress pad works extremely well. I purchased it for my 89 yr old mother who has lost a lot of weight and her ortho doctor recommended getting her a heated mattress pad for the cushioning and heating aspects. It has relieved much of her discomfort due to the heat and cushioning aspects. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs the cushioning and heat comfort.

I have had product for one month.
I really dont know if energy efficient. I do know it fits quite nicely on my bed. I can use it on low 1 and it is wonderful when it gets cold. Plus it helps warm my back up. Soft and comfortable. Seems to distribute heat nicely.

Happy with my purchase!
Works better than expected. Love that temperature options and the auto shutoff. Bought a Queen size and have no problem with the controls since the plug attachments hang on the side of the bed at the level where pillows are set. Bought this due to back pain and definitely would recommend purchasing if you have any body pain!

Great Heating Mattress! Really Recommend it!
I have tried the heating mattress for over a week now and I really liked it! The mattress has two sides, so you could heat up one side of the mattress and not the other. I found it very useful that you could also put it at a certain level of heat, and for a certain period of time too. In addition, the mattress heats up really fast and it’s pretty comfortable to lay on too. I totally recommend it!

Thickness
I can't really rate due to I had to return it was too small for my bed I needed a king and this was a Queen by wished it came in a king I would re order seem to be very very nice and I love the thickness

Excellent customer service
I bought 5 heated pads for my whole family, they all love them. One of them stopped working after two months, the return window was closed. I contacted the customer service, they send me a new one. They are excellent!

Heats up very fast
I knew I had hit a home run with this pad when my husband comments on it all the time when getting into the bed. He told me to buy another one as a back up.
