My truck battery was losing cranking amps. One Sunday it would not start at the grocery store. I was getting ready to call someone when a customer that was parked next to me said he would give me a jump. Well, he pulls out this DBPower box, hooks it to my battery and just that fast i start my truck. He showed me all the
other stuff it would and i was impressed. The next day i ordered one. It ended up being delivered at my door
BUY NOW4 days latter. Easy to order, fast to get, and a great product. I've used it to help other people 3 times, and they were just as impressed as i first was. The only fly in the ointment so to speak is that the instructions it came with are not very clear. I went on line and looked up the instructions and with the help from the very helpful people at DBPower it became very clear on all the instructions. All in all, a great purchase and a solid five star rating.

My review is for both the product and the service of DBPower. I bought a 1200 amp jump-starter a little more than a year ago and it worked really well, and saved my butt a couple of times. Plus was handy for charging phones, etc when camping and stuff. Anyway, the unit stopped taking a charge, so I emailed the company and Christine at DBPower was AWESOME! She was prompt, professional and courteous in her replies and helpful suggestions. She diagnosed the problem, recommended some trouble-shooting and walked me through various steps. When it was determined that the unit was no longer functional ie, wouldn’t take a charge, she let me know that I was still within the warranty period and that she would send me a replacement unit right away. I received that notice on Tuesday and received the replacement unit on Friday of the same week. Christine was fantastic and I am very happy with my experience. I would absolutely recommend the product and the company. Thanks again, Christine.
Safe and efficient
I like having this on hand for a "just in case" situation. You can be self sufficient and won't need to worry about finding another car for cables.
I recently was in a parking garage late at night and didn't have another vehicle to jump me. Plus my cables were stored in the back cargo area where my spare is and I couldn't get to them because the hatch wouldn't open since it was locked.

A friend had a DBPOWER unit which saved me from having to call for help with my dead battery. I went home that evening and ordered one for myself. I then bought one for my sister-in-law last Christmas. This one I just got is for my second car so each of my cars has one.

This pack worked well for me when I needed it. I had a slight problem with the pack overheating later so reached out to customer support for help (via their website chat function). They immediately helped and sent a replacement. I'd recommend them if you are looking for this sort of device.

The DBPOWER Portable Car Jump Starter is pretty awesome. It has all the features that I'm looking for. Not only can I use it to jump start my car, I can even charge my phone with it when I'm on the road, which is very convenient. There is also a built-in flashlight that I can use during emergencies. It's a great product that comes with excellent customer service as well. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

Have not tried it on the car yet but tested it on my phone seems like a nice built products. I am trying it out on a car that I've had sitting this weekend if it works well I will be buying another probably and definitely will recommend to others. was the only model I could find on Amazon that would charge a car battery through its cigarette lighter
Multi-Functional and Compact
I haven't quite had the chance to use it to jump start a car, but many reviews have said that it definitely works. I'm hoping that I wouldn't need to use it if the occasion arises, but it's a very nice precaution. Currently, I've only used it to charge my portable devices on the go and it definitely works! I love how compact the device is.

My good friend just recommended it for me after he had someone jump start his Honda Pilot with this. He liked it so much he bought one. I love the idea of a battery charger in the car at all times. Love the packaging and the web video reviews.
