I feel better when I use this!
The instructions are very strong for a very intense workout and sweating. I use about a fourth to an eighth of what they recommend. I feel better when I drink 20oz a day with this stuff in it, its noticeable how much better I feel! It's great with workouts too and I still use a fourth of the recommended. The taste is tolerable. It's rather sweet. I'm someone to absolutely hate it when my water doesnt taste like plain water and I cant stand any flavors in it, especially during a workout. However, i can drink this 99 percent of the time without a problem. That's incredible for me because i cant tolerate any taste in the water. I would recommend this product!!
Absolutely Life Changing
I've bought a thousand things on Amazon and this is the first I've felt strongly enough to write about. This is my unique experience and may not be the case for everyone. I have tried the Ketogenic diet many times over 3 years and every single time I felt SO bad I had to quit in a week despite trying salt, and magnesium and everything I'd read. A friend suggested electrolytes so I chose these since they have more beneficial things than many Electrolyte powders for the same price. By day 2 I felt like a switch had been flipped and I had more energy, mental clarity, focus & physical stamina than I have EVER had. I'm a 46 year old woman and all my life I've felt like my brain and body just didn't connect and I always felt a mental fog and very low energy. This takes it away completely. I run a gym and I'm telling EVERYONE about this stuff. I will never be without it. Now I've been on Keto 18 days straight under 20 carbs a day and I feel better than I ever have. This is another great quality product by Genius brand. The electrolytes make getting through workouts much easier. The effects are noticeable on the first use. I don't use caffeinated pre-works anymore, but this gives you a nice pep during workouts. The taste is very sweet but it's a good flavor, and I really like how Genius uses natural sweeteners as well. The powder mixes well and is definitely a new favorite!

I did not like the flavor the first time I tried this. However I added it to my sparkling water and love it! I can feel the difference when I take it. Just wish it were a bit more affordable.
Rescued my workouts
I purchased this product since I was having a hard time during workouts after switching to the keto diet. I was sluggish and could barely get through one set of reps, let alone the full hour. Since adding genius electrolytes to my morning shake, I have seen a huge improvement. I'm alert and able to perform far better during my workouts than prior to switching to keto. I'm not only hitting all three sets, I'm able to push further than I ever have to reach exhaustion. I've also found it is extremely helpful after a night of drinking. Great product. Highly recommend.
Great way to stay hydrated!!!
The taste is great when mixed with around 16-20 ounces of water, which is perfect! Love being able to recover from workouts with this mix. It has also been great to sip on while hiking!

this powder is amazing. Is effective, keeps u hydrated and it taste great. I gave for granted that they all tasted more or less the same and purchase another brand just to try it after finishing this product. I couldnt be more wrong. New one taste disgusting. I used to enjoy my drink and i miss it so much! Im gonna throw it away and purchase this one again and never change it!!i learnt my lesson!
