the amazing quality of this vacuum i am quite impressed with Holife.

It came with two filters which is nice, and i like that they are easily washable, but just dont use soap to wash them, it can clog the holes. Only thing i would change is the carrying case. I would have liked to see a zipper case with a handle for carry but its just a drawstring bag that does fit the vacuum and accessories inside but barely. Its still a good case just not the same attention to detail as was put in the vacuum, but the high quality of vacuum is what is important and I must say, it is impressive.

Works as expected! Sucks up bugs as well!
I really like that you can suck up just about an insect as well if they're invading your home. You can also release them outside by taking off the container and shake it away outside. The vacuum came charged, so I could test it immediately!

I have previously reviewed the Holife vacuum and love it. This review however is about Lynn at Livsense. I could not understand why the new filters I ordered would not fit.
In frustration I contacted Lynn and she was so helpful. It turns out I had lost the piece the filter fits in and she is shipping it to me.
Lynn responded to my emails and provided excellent support for me.
This is the second time she has helped me solve a problem. This personal response is so rare in the era of automated reply’s and impersonal emails I wanted to commend her.
