I am so happy with this Dual Dash Cam. It is perfect for me with it's larger screen than most models around its price range. I wanted Dash Cam Set that was simpler to install than an earlier purchase (that burned out quickly) and with reasonably easy to understand installation and operation instructions.
The directions are small, but understandable.

I like how the camera is mounted on the windshield for easy access and viewing without using my rear-view mirror, and how I don't even notice the rear camera that is attached to the inside of my hatchback's rear window. Both cameras have unbelievably wide visual overage. The rear camera makes backing up easier than previously since my vision is expanded much more than it would be with just my rear-view mirror or with trying to physically be turned around.
The night time viewing is fantastic, especially with the rear camera. I must back into a long narrow driveway, often at night, and this dash cam set makes it so much easier to judge how close I am to what is beside me and behind the rear of my vehicle.
I have not connected the GPS option, so have nothing to say about that feature.
Although there are rare perfect products on the market, this one has proved to be pretty darn good and exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. I recommend this Dual Dash Cam and would buy it again if I needed one for another vehicle.
Great Value
Hard to beat a front and rear dash cam for this price. Quality of the video is good enough to read license plates day or night, as long as you are relatively close enough to the other vehicle. Has a really nice wide angle of view and both cameras are manually adjustable.
Comes with an extra set of double sided tape in case you want to mount it to a different vehicle or re-position it. The included cables are very long. For a sedan it's overkill but that's how it should be. I'd rather coil up excess cable than not have enough to reach the rear window. Anyone with a large vehicle will definitely have more than enough cable.
Very easy to review the footage on my windows computer. The videos can include audio too if you want it to.
The dashcam display can turn off its backlight to conserve energy while still recording. You can choose to keep it illuminated if you'd like to see the footage real-time, as well as playback footage right on the unit. If my car didn't have its own back up cam I would have bought this dashcam setup for that function alone.
Quality Dash Cam
I've been using this cam for 6 months now in my truck.
I was looking for a cam that would do 1080P for front view and rear view. This one handles that with good picture quality front and rear daytime or night.
I mounted the camera behind my rear view mirror, so it is out of the way, but I can still get to all the buttons and the SD card easily. Rear camera mounted up on the rear window with plenty of extra wire in case it had to be mounted farther away. I cleaned the windows with alcohol wipes before installing the double sided tape, and they are still holding strong.
Set up was easy to navigate through also. My trucks 12V power outlets are constant power so I have to plug it in at startup and unplug it when I shut the truck off. However if I forget to unplug it, it doesn't drain my battery. Even when I haven't driven the truck for 24 hours.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase.
Great value, great video quality - a must-have
After getting a new car, my brother insisted I get this dash cam - and I'm so glad he did. YOU WILL BE TOO!! You don't want to wait until after you need it to have it.
It was extremely easy to install myself, although I recommend having some clips on hand during install (to hide the cords; I didn't plan ahead and had them dangling from the rear camera). Both front and rear are unobtrusive and won't obstruct your view.
Why else do I love this product so much? Because when a hit-and-run driver tried to blame me for hitting him, I had very clear proof that he, in fact, hit me.
If you want the same piece of mind for you (and your loved ones), get this dash cam.
Great Video, Satisfied Customer
I'm very satisfied with the Crosstour CR900 dashcam. It was easy to set up, and worked right out of the box. The video quality is excellent. It's easy to switch the screen modes: front view only, rear, picture in picture ( either small rear & large front view, or visa versa ) I have no complaints.
A few caveats: The instructions on which port to use for which cable is confusing. I suggest that you try to plug in the rear cable ( the thicker one ) first, using the straight end. The right angle end goes into the rear camera. If the cable won't fit, it belongs in the other port. The cable to the charger will fit in both ports. Next, the default setting is screen saver on, which means that the screen goes black after 3 minutes. However, the camera will still be recording. I preferred to keep the screen active, so that I can be sure it's working. Navigating the menus to access the screen that would let me make the change was a bit difficult, although accessing the first two menu screens was easier. While the menu was difficult to access, I eventually figured it out. I tried a 64 gb card at first, but it didn't work for me, so I followed directions and got a 32 gb card, which works just fine. The rear cable is long enough to reach the back of my minivan. I'm too lazy to run the cable under the lining of the roof. Instead I ran the cable over the driver side visor, tied it to the handles and coat hooks that lie above them with plastic bag twists, and then down to the upper edge of the rear window. The adhesive that secures the camera and mount is very strong. Make sure that you know exactly where you want to put the camera before using the tape. Sliding the front camera into the mount takes some practice at first.
I didn't test out the GPS or the parking mode, as I don't find those features useful, and I didn't want to go to the trouble of wiring the unit to the battery, and risk draining it. All in all, I'm happy with this dashcam, and I plan to buy another one for our other vehicle.
WORKS AS EXPECTED
I TESTED THE PRODUCT BEFORE INSTALATION ON THE WINDSHIELDS, AND AFTER MINOR SETUP (LANGUAGE, TIME AND DATE) IT STARTED RECORDING AS SOON AS I TURNED THE KEY ON. I CHECKED WHAT WAS RECORDED ON THE CARD (NOT INCLUDED) WITH MY LAPTOP, AND BOT CAMERA ARE RECORDING IN THE SAME TIME, SAME FILE NUMBER DIFFERENT LETTERS AT THE END (LIKE FRD FOR FORWARD CAMERA AND BAK FOR REAR CAMERA (OR SOMETING VERY SIMILAR LIKE THAT). CAN'T WAIT TO UPPGRADE MY OTHER CAR DASHCAM, AND EVEN BUY ONE FOR MY MOTORCYCLE.
Great front and rear coverage
After a recent fender bender cause by a driver coming from behind me, I searched for a rear dashcam. My old cam (Street Guardian, $200) had great picture quality, but only of the front. This camera is not only cheaper than my Street Guardian, but has a bigger screen, better controls, and a more complete view. This unit did not come with either an SD card or a GPS device, but is compatible with the ones I had from my old cam. Setup took about 40 minutes ish. The only hard surface I could attach the rear cam to was on the moving part of my hatchback, but the included cable is long enough for me to setup slack for my trunk door to move.
The only downside is that the front cam has a slightly narrower view than my old cam. So if you buy this, take the time to aim the cam for best viewpoint.
