So Far Very Happy With It
The water cooler arrived with no obvious damage to the box. I opened it and the cooler was undamaged. I set it up using a 5-gal bottle of water and allowed it to fill. I then waited two hours before I tested the water. The hot water was very hot, not just warm, it was hot! Cold water was very cold. Both hot and cold water
comes out of the their respective taps very quickly. Room temperature comes out of its tap a bit more more

slowly. I suspect the increased speed for hot and cold is due to the interior tanks being filled. Room temperature water is likely pumped on demand and therefore comes more slowly. According to their recommendation I ran about a quart of water through it, for hot and cold, and then tasted the cold water. It tasted perfectly fine to me, no smell or off taste at all. The unit seems to be relatively quiet, no issues there. I'm very happy with it so far. Time will tell whether it holds up. I purchased the three-year protection plan just in case.

I love this water despenser
I lost my older model table top water dispenser, in our 6 point earthquake November 30, 2018. It was sad as the despenser was very unique. I looked and looked for a affordable hot and cold water dispenser - I was relieved to find this one. Granted, it isn't the antique model I lost, but it is so attractive on my counter - in my business.

Impressive
Our many years old cooler died and we ordered this one. It came on Christmas Eve morning and we got it set up right away. Very impressed! I LOVE being able to get HOT water for tea and instant oatmeal right out of the cooler! Our old one had that feature, but even brand new the water was tepid at best. This is amazing and we are constantly telling everyone about it!

I'm pleased with my purchase.
This was perfect for my office. I placed a mat under it because reviews for countertop water dispensers always mentioned leaks. I have not experienced that with this. I researched for a week and this was the overall best in this price range.

The cold water is very cold and the hot water is "tea ready" hot. So far so good.

Perfect - a bit big when I actually got it. But I should’ve looked at dimensions- exactly how it was advertised.

So Convenient
This water cooler is a godsend I decide to buy this water cooler after I had my second baby. I don’t have to open the fridge to get cold water nor do I have to warm water to make baby formula, I have it right on my countertop my husband also love it because the water is hot enough to brew his tea, he doesn’t have to depend on me to boils water to make tea.

Perfect for home or office use. Hot water is perfect for tea and the cold water great too. If I want ice water, Duh I add ice. It's only been a week and 5 gallons of water so far but I will update as time goes on. I am very happy with my purchase!
