Good value, well-built and easy to use!
Overall, it’s a nice mount, and at the price it’s a good value.
Both the windshield mount and the vent mount are sturdy, with minimal shaking when you hit bumps. The windshield mount does bounce a bit if it’s fully extended, but that’s a pretty minor complaint.
It seems simple and intuitive to place the phone in the mount and release it, and the ergonomics are such that I don’t feel like I might drop my phone. And once the phone is mounted it feels really secure, I don’t feel like there’s a chance it’ll pop out if I hit a pothole etc. Fit and finish is very nice for the price, the front face has a carbon fiber look to it, and the plastic feels smooth. The mechanism that grips and releases the phone feels nice, it has detents you can feel/hear as your tightening the clamp.
Given that it offers a lot of flexibility, feels sturdy, and is easy to use, it’s a good buy.
