different to the software I had. I ended up calling tech support and Arthur walked me through the process to get the camera connected and up and running. Super helpful. It’s great to see a company back up their products with great customer service when things don’t go quite as smoothly. Anyway, once I was in to the config software, it was really easy to customize the settings. The app so far has been very reliable. And for now i just have 32GB SD Cards in them set to overwrite when they get full. I should mention that I went to my local electrical supply store and got two 25’ power supply extensions so I could reach the outlet with the plug from the installation point. Overall I’m really happy. Plan on adding another two to the system soon. My only wish is that there was some SmartHome interaction build into the system, like IFTTT or even Alexa.
