These are the best cotton knit lounge pants I have owned! I am 6 ft tall with a 36' waist and the mediums do the job just fine even after washing. I like these so much that I bought a second pair and now will do so for a third. I find myself wearing them around the house more often do to their comfort soft feeling and the
breathability of cotton. I've looked around in stores and it is difficult to find loungewear without polyester.
