This was an easy way to upgrade the outlets in our home without having to replace the receptacle. Not only does it allow us to plug in our USB devices but gives us more outlets for lamps, TV, media devices, etc. Very handy and seem to provide adequate USB power. Does not provide the high amp charging many cell phones have today but works well with my wireless phone charger.

We looked for a long time for a wall outlet extender that was solid and versatile. This one fits firmly into the receptacle on our wall... no wobble, which we didn't find in other brands. We're using a GFCI receptacle, so we can't fasten this extender with the screw in the middle. But the extender fits so firmly into the receptacle that we won't need the screw to hold it in. We'll buy more of these to put elsewhere in our house. It's a great product and very reasonably priced!

This surge protector is amazing! It was easy to install and fits tight against the wall when plugged in and secured with the outlet screw provided. All of the ports are easily accessible and worked right out of the box. The green light indicating the plugged devices are secure is obviously on but not too bright. This is an excellent alternative to the regular old power strip.

Wow! This outlet expander is the best I’ve ever seen. Feels and looks very solidly made as soon as you take it out of the box. Recessed in the back so it fits snug against the wall over a regular two-plug outlet cover. It’s snug even without using the long screw to replace your standard outlet screw. But I loved the chance to fully secure it to the wall (for us, the end of a wooden lower cabinet section in our kitchen). It’s protective of the outlet unit to use the long screw. The outlet holes hold prongs very firmly and straight-no side to side motion. I don’t think we need the surge protector because we have a whole-house version, but it certainly doesn’t hurt to have this added feature (working when it shines green). This product is a deal!!

I have been looking for a charger like this for a long time. One that doesn't crowd the plug-in ports because so many plugs today have the big head, or the cord that hangs down so it's impossible to use it on a strip without losing 1 or 2 neighboring outlet ports. That crowding also makes it difficult to use the USB ports when they are located in the middle between 2 other plug-ins. This is well thought out in that respect. Also with an indented back to allow it to sit flush against the wall even if you don't remove the face plate on existing socket. I didn't think about the USB-C wattage required to properly charge my iPhone, but that was my own ignorance as it is mentioned in the details. I have a work around for that though, so not a big deal, just thought I should mention in case someone else is ignorant as I was! ;-). Nice that it comes in either black or white, I got one of each and when my husband saw them he proclaimed that he needed a couple as well! Happy.

This wall outlet insert turns your two plug wall outlet into five grounded wall outlets plus four USB outlets (one C type and three original USB A's). I love how the grounding screw secures the product to the wall. The screw is about three inches, so there's no pulling the whole thing out of the wall while trying to unplug something. I'd give this thing more stars if I could. I love it! I could have paid 40% extra to get black, but they both put out the same amperage, voltage, ? and wattage, so I opted for the cheaper white. I am happy with it and am going to buy another. I'll opt for white, this time because it matches my bathroom.

It was very easy to get installed and I like how it fit perfectly over my existing outlet cover, Using the long screw was easy to do and did great at securing it to the wall,. Not having a nite lite is no big deal to me as now I can see that it has a green lite to tell me the surge protector is functioning properly. Very handy to have and I would recommend this to all.
