So I saw this on instagram and after reading some reviews decided to give it a try. Wow! It works great. I’m able to make my salad in half the time it took before. It has the great storage for the blades and it’s very easy to use.
After getting it and cleaning it of course, I had to try it out. Cucumber sliced with ease, pears and apples glide through it, celery and onions diced in a quarter of the time. I even used it on some strawberries and kiwi - worked great. It quickly shredded some mozzarella and Parmesan , sliced up some tomatoes and pepperoni.
It’s easy to clean. The plastic is very sturdy too. The storage for the blades are great and easy to see whichever one you are looking for. Being that I spent hours prepping the items for the Mediterranean diet each week this is a huge time saver.

If you are on the fence and you love salads - just get it. You will not be disappointed!

I ordered this product as a replacement for a different one from Amazon. What a difference! The first type of food chopper I bought had dull blades, no instruction manual, and lots of typos in the English language.

But this product had an excellent instruction manual and it was easy to follow. At first I was intimidated by all the parts. But after a week of sitting in the box I spread it all out on my kitchen table and got to work reading.

Step by step I figured out how the different pieces fit together. Trust me, this was the hardest part. Just spend the time and you will figure it out! Some of the pieces really fit very tight together. I was worried that I might crack it. It will not crack. Just look at the diagram, the pieces will come apart. Use something really hard (like the edge of a dining utensil) to pry it apart. It did not crack and the pieces did separate.

Next, be careful when washing it for the first time before you use it. I cut my finger and it was bleeding because its very sharp and I was not careful. User error and not a fault of the product its supposed to be sharp LOL!

I've used it twice now to make carrot cake and tonight I chopped up ingredients for a Greek Orzo salad. The ingredients chopped up just like they looked like in the recipe and I could not be happier. For red onion, I just remove the peel, slice it into quarter inch strips, then put that strip in a fine mesh and press down.

For tomato, I sliced the roma tomato into 4 strips lengthwise and worked great. Same with cucumber, I sliced it into round strips then cubed it.

Purchased this a week ago, and already used it 4 times. Blades are extremely sharp, and it makes good clean cuts without crushing or bruising the vegetables. Makes very quick work of dicing a large quantity of veggies. Also, woks perfectly for dicing dense vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes, and butternut squash.
Great tool and a great price. Wish I would have purchased it sooner.

I slice and chop a LOT of vegetables, so I was looking for something to cut the time down. This fit the bill. It's got lots of functionality and works very well (although you do need to read the instructions). A couple of hints: There's a note in the package that warns that the blades are sharp. PAY ATTENTION. You do need to be cautious (I have a cut thumb to prove it). I decided I didn't need the safety device. I did. My fault. Don't make the same mistake. Also, this works the very best if you slice/dice/chop in small amounts. Don't try to shove a whole half of a green pepper in there (again, my live-and-learn). Cut it into smaller pieces. Then the blades work great and the chopping is simple, simple, simple. It comes with a little device to help clean it that's very handy. All in all, very satisfied.

So. I've only used it a couple of times so far to test, but I saw the greyed out sharpness, and thought it wasn't sharp enough, but still best reviews and functions I could find so bought it. Cut myself first on the dicer squares while trying to wash them, and then, as I was trying to insert the slider thing for the first time, my thumb slid across the blade, and hooboy. Both are extremely sharp. Be careful with this when assembling, disassembling, and cleaning, but I'm happy to say it also diced the pepper I tried it on perfectly, and it didn't take some crazy amount of force to use. It did take some effort, but it certainly wasn't a struggle. Also, some bits of pepper were stuck on the square cutout for the dicer. Might be useful to get a scrub brush to help clean this if you don't already have one. (a tooth brush would probably do)

I loved the versatility of using this particular brand I’ve tried others that were similar but they did not meet up to my expectations. I found that this chopper owned up to its durability, easy to clean and store away in its own neat compartments. This is a plus for me, because I’m all about safety. I also loved using the safety Holder that little gadget is a winner! It keeps your fingers away from the cutting blades, in the past with other choppers cutting your fingers was a problem but, this has a hand protector with it that works well. My French fries came out just right. Chopping, slicing, dicing was easy and effortless. My chopper came early with no parts missing. The instructions on how to use the blades was easy to follow and understandable. To sum it up nicely “ITS IN THE BAG” I Loved it!!!!!!

I make pico and guac nearly every day... By hand, you can see my beautifully abstract work on the right. I hated the idea of buying one of these because I could just cut everything myself. But after becoming a student, handwriting and chopping is really affecting my joints. A friend suggested I give in and just get a mandolin and so I did.

Just do it, when you're feeling lazy, you'll be amazed at how convenient the product is; you save time and energy. Cleaning isn't bad, it comes with a rake that works perfectly. My daughter purchased this chopper and kept praising it's use to me. We both eat salads all the time and she kept claiming it saved her so much time. I finally decided to purchase one myself and I'm so glad I did. Shortly after receiving it, I had a TMJ flare-up which requires me to chop my food in very small pieces and this handled the process very well. I was even able to chop my lettuce and kale into small pieces! It also handled all the other salad ingredients - cukes, onion, tomato. Clean up was pretty easy. The lettuce sort of got stuck in the crevices but I expected that with the delicate lettuce leaves. The "fork" worked to get those pieces out.
