These sneakers are as described, very lightweight and soles slightly sole padded but comfortable like walking barefoot. I would not use as a running/jogging shoe you would need more sole cushion for the jog and save your ankles and knees. Use for a casual walking shoe nothing more. Sneaker though is as described and true
to the size. I tuck the laces inside then slip on bc tying doesn't do anything more then stretching the laces or
BUY NOWtie lose. Overall am pleased with my purchase.
