Great Product
I suffer from really bad anxiety and have been looking for alternatives other than prescription medication to help relieve symptoms of my anxiety. I got this in took one to start after about 45 minutes I just felt super relaxed. I wasn't tired are foggy minded. I also have been taking them before bed and I will take 2-3 and I just fall right to sleep. Really great product I would recommend this to anyone!
